BEDROOMS 🛌:
Enjoy your luxurious sleeping retreats! There is two spacious bedrooms downstairs, each with a Queen bed for ultimate comfort and access to a private balcony with a peak-a-boo view of the ocean! The loft-style master bedroom upstairs boasts a King bed for a peaceful slumber amid ocean breezes. Additionally, the sofa in the living room serves as a pull out bed.

BATHROOMS 🛁:
Thanks to 2 full bathrooms, you’ll never have to worry about waiting your turn.

INTERNET/TV 📺:
Entertainment at your fingertips! We provide high speed WiFi.
Each room features a smart TV, allowing you to catch up on your favorite shows or have a movie night with ease.

KITCHEN 👨‍🍳:
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and all the needed appliances and cookware. Coffee bar complete with Keurig coffee maker. There is seating for four at the dining table.

LAUNDRY 🧺:
Stackable washer and dryer. Ironing board and iron are provided.

POOL 🏊‍♂️:
Available all year round between the hours of 10am-11pm. Please note there is no life guard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times.

PARKING 🚗:
Located directly underneath the condo, you may park up to 2 cars.

ENTRY 🔢:
No keys required here! Our self-check-in process is made seamless with a smart lock. You'll receive a distinct door code exclusively for your stay.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT ⏱️:
Check In is anytime after 4pm & Check Out is 10am.

The condo is located on the 3rd floor via stairway access only. There are no elevators. The entire space is included in this rental except 2 locked owner’s closets. There is a deck box located next to the front door that contains beach toys and some chairs for your use. Please, make yourself at home!

If needed, we will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via the Airbnb app.

You will be able to self check in upon arrival after 4pm.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We do have a Minut device that measures sound levels. It does NOT record.

★ SECURITY★
We do have a Ring doorbell at the front of the property

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $30.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $30.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
